@yaoicock it’s so easy to make…you start with 2 cups of water, 1 cup of white rice, i use jasmine rice. Add 2 sticks of cinnamon and then let it cook in LOW HEAT. make sure to stir once in awhile. once there’s little water you add 1 cup of evaporated milk and 1 sweet and condensed milk.-
