The biggest challenge I have teaching Pilates is keeping clients interested long enough for the benefits to become apparent :)

Seems like clients only follow my advice if following it requires zero or little effort - now why am I supprised! lol

Piloxing allegedly combines #Pilates with boxing but I don't think I'll try it with my students until their average age drops below 60 lol
