@paul2v Hello Paul, yes that's correct. The chart should detail the dates of the pouches for you. If you wish to clarify the re-order date, you can email us at customerservices@pilltime.co.uk.

@paul2v No problem Paul. In your delivery, you should be provided with a MAR chart that includes the start date and duration of the pouches. You can also take the pouches out of the box and unravel them to see the last pouch date and time.

@pilltimeuk There is just one thing though, the total number in the pill pouch is not clearly printed anywhere aS far as I notice. Would be good so I know. When’d to request a repeat prescription.

@chloeltear Hi Chloe, We use state-of-the-art technology to dispense medication into clearly labelled, easy-to-open pouches, by dose. We also order your prescription automatically each time for you, so that you don't have to. Extras such as creams etc can also be dispensed by Pilltime.

@pilltimeuk I'm fed up of not getting meds on time. 6 days ago u sent 2 me & still not got! Got emergency meds from GP. should have started Monday gone & u leave it 2 the last min 2 send 2 me. U r so unreliable yet u say u will ensure it won't happen again yet it always does!
