@abbdesmond I've struggled and got help. At first admitting it was hard as made me feel weak as so much stigma still attached. Now realise I was stronger for asking and the more people who talk about it the stronger we all become and the stigma will become less.

@abbdesmond It's because a lot of us have either felt or still feel the same. Coming out of the darkness is not an easy journey but the more it's highlighted the more people can do the same. Positive mental attitude is infectious.
