Pay Attention Haverhill Business Owners! Read this article to see who is with you & who is voting with the Mayor to increase taxes for small businesses in Haverhill (during a time when many are barely holding on). Time for change, let’s raise our voices together!

Boston is leading the way in recognizing that impact fees should never have been collected, since there has been no negative impacts from legal cannabis sales. All other municipalities should follow Boston’s lead.

If Massachusetts is really committed to reversing the harmful effects of cannabis prohibition, it’s time to stop treating cannabis businesses like we’re second-class citizens. And it’s time to stop charging impact fees without demonstrating any actual impacts.
