This Deadlock patch is one of my least favorites since the patch before the melee system got nerfed Personally, my main problem with it is how easy some of the AOE stuff is to pull off while also just being insanely strong. Paradox bombs, McGinnis ult, Celeste ult, etc.

watching eskay and clio's perspective of the games earlier is so humiliating i'm ranting about cute pink earth worms while they're movement godding and hard carrying

the more vtubers who are tweeting about deadlock maybe the closer i get to being able to host a vtuber tournament..... 🙏

If it was "complete the entire sekiguchi questline" I could absolutely see this argument. The requirement is literally "complete the tutorial". Those introduction missions only happen once, and won't reset with each season. So this makes perfect sense.

Been playing a ton off stream and I made a Deadlock tier list based on the characters I like to play I used to basically 1-trick Abrams until I figured out I'm better at the class I'm always better at: utility mage supports

Begging more vtubers to play deadlock so I can one day produce a vtuber deadlock influencer event and then die happy as my two special interests coalesce and I can ascend to the astral gates of self fulfillment

so how are we feeling about the new deadlock patch now that it's been out for a week? :)

top 0.5% of the player by the way T.T im not perfect either, I misplay and make the wrong calls often. but it feels like to win games in mid eternus you either have to play like an e6 or pull the slot machine lever to get the better e6 on your team T.T

also how did everyone forget how to contest mid it's like man we're down one but they're sitting in a small pit you can still win 5v6 just use some AOE abilities and some ults guys but instead it's either show up too late/too few and die, or just concede a free mid boss?

e3/e4 matchmaking is so bad man why do I ever try to play support for these chudlings 2/3 games require you to play/comm your ass off to even get to a playable mid game and then it's a coinflip to see who dies to paradox/mo first 50 seconds before mid spawn

@froggy_dl sadly the only environment that'll ever be good for proper improvement is one where the variables are controlled, ie scrimming. Taking the variance out of your teammates is the only real way to zone in on your own play/control the macro meaningfully I wish MM was less awful tho
