@us_writes Ah, I visited Pekalongan once. I should’ve tried Soto Tauto. What a pity.

@pingioo Ooh it’s a kind of soto from Pemalang! The broth is darker because it’s made from roasted coconut shreds and tauco (fermented soy bean), and use beef for the meat. If you like heavier flavour, you should try it Soto Tauco (or usually called Tauto) from Pekalongan is good too!
