It’s embarrassing how slowly I’ve always l0st w3ight. In 10 months I went from bm! 16.9-10.5 in 11months . I had 11 MONTHS and barely lost that little even tho I was doing low restriction to mid restriction for months 😂I maintained 26.7 k g for 2 months on 750 and didn’t lose 🔫
