Simple Explanation of Fair Value

Price always ends up moving to efficiency. Efficiency is a price level where the majority of market participants can buy and sell. it is the magnet for price. Supply and Demand zones furthest from price efficiency (fair value) are typically the highest probability zones.

Oil falls 15% from our Supply zone.

The market rallied 13% from our weekly demand zone. When things seem negative in the news, make sure to take a look at the big picture.

Once you can see where the imbalance of supply and demand are, there hardest part is having the patience to wait for price to reach your entry.
