I think Americans drove themselves absolutely insane by performing hygiene Olympics online for 2 decades and now if you don't shower twice a day, douche with disinfectant and have neon white teeth, you're categorized as nasty, which is the most morally wrong thing possible.

Something that affects women the most, with bipoc women being the most impacted. Not having your nails or baby hair done seems to immediately imply that you don't take care of yourself. It's like if you don't actively try to hide natural parts of yourself, you now lack hygiene.

the pain after my surgery to remove the lump in my breast is wayyyy worse than i anticipated and i wanna 🎲 i have a very high pain tolerance, too. calling my surgeon in 15 minutes when the office opens to ask them to prescribe me something but i genuinely cannot exist rn

She's my perfect girl and the world was so unkind to her :( she was only 1 year old and all she knew was struggle pain and betrayal :( I cant believe she has it in her to trust me now, but i am so proud of how far she came

Sometimes I think about how a spay and release organization grabbed my sweet sweet girl from outside, sedated her, DIDNT FIX HER, chopped off a piece of her ear, and threw her back onto the street. She only came to me because she birthed 7 kittens and THATS when she was spayed.

Ive never been more thankful to myself for making an artwork as I have been for his portrait. It still hangs across from my bed,the one where he passed. I still place my hand on it in such a way that the mark never truly gets washed away. I can believe this is what i have of him.

I miss him. I dont like that this painting is the closest I can get to petting him again. I miss when he insisted on being my pillow and I miss when he cried for 3 days until I got him a water fountain. I miss when he got old and pissed on the floor constantly. I miss everything.

@th1nandb0nes We were kids, teenagers, and adults together, he was with me when I was homeless, and he was on my shoulders when I graduated. He guided me through the absolute worst and best times of my life. Im unsure i will ever miss anyone quite like I miss him. He's what love means to me.

@th1nandb0nes He was my sun moon stars & angel :') I got him when I was 6, and lost him at 25. He ate my erasers while I learned addition and stepped on my college art projects, he saw my first solo apartment and traveled through 17 states!! He was my best friend, and he lived a full life

Once I lived with a girl who faked an abortion after she fucked my cousin at the same time that I lived with a girl who tried to kill my asthmatic 12 y/o cat with weed smoke so she could get her cat documented as an ESA and have that cat live with us as well
