So I CANNOT fall asleep in silence. Childhood next to a train line + falling asleep to shows at uni = Must Have Noise. I fell asleep to QI so much I conditioned myself (great for night shifts). Now apparently we’ve added “must have fan” to the list of sleep requirements 🤦‍♀️

@pintsizethunder Plenty of time. Lol. I remember picking out my dress the night before my ceremony. Ppl were asking who’s doing makeup? I was like “mate…this is a COVID ceremony. There will be 6 ppl there and I’m doing my own makeup.” Bloodtrack is one of my faves. Loved training staff on that!

@hannaa_motara We now have Blood Track and I’ve never upset a system so badly in my life 😂😂 wedding is planned as much as it can be, just need to wait for details. I have 2 years to plan it, I refuse to be stressed!

@pintsizethunder Theres always a risk of having to jump back on shift in an emergency but the 8a tends to do that. Haven’t done blood bank proper since November so gets me a bit nervy even though I’m a blood banker at heart. How’s wedding planning?

@pintsizethunder Amazing! I’ve been so lucky since our move to new hospital. No shifts since November but it’s still stressful on a core day and I still feel tired. U been up to Brum lately?

@hannaa_motara I may have once said “these two other sites have managed to use it successfully for years before you joined the network so really it sounds like a you problem not a lab network problem” to a particular consultant I was in my notice period at the time 😂😂

@pintsizethunder Yep. Our consultants have DI accessibility on their laptops so it’s helpful…for the ones that are not tech averse.

531 days since I PR’d anything I pulled 142.5kg to finally total 300kg. In the grand scheme, small. For me, huge. Still pink haired and furious

So my cat weighs 2.5x what my goddaughter does 😂
