Anyone on here using Freestyle Libre sensor for their diabetes? Wondering if they are accurate.

Read sensor results and was 5.4 finger prick was 12.6. tried again later and still wide gap between the two.

Went to see nurse yesterday for update on my diabetes, told her my bloods all over the place. She advised trying the Libre sensor, picked up today and now attached to my arm. She said try doing finger prick test alongside to compare, well did this and there's a discrepancy now.

@Jenny_1884 @BraisbyI I've always said to various groups and committees I used to attend, all kids aren't academic. Why not offer apprenticeships to those who want them, start at 14, then at 16 get them placements with min wage pay. Leave school at 18 fully qualified and 2 years work experience.

I don’t understand why they ever upped the school leaving age from 16yrs to 18yrs as I couldn’t wait to leave school & get a job. Kids should have the choice if they want to leave at 16yrs like we did. Not everyone is academic

For all my friends who follow my granddaughters career , unfortunately I have some bad news about Ella’s health . Today Ella has been diagnosed with a Cyst on her Brain which has been causing her health problems. We are now waiting for a Neurosurgeon appointment at Birmingham .
