@Lindacdsa @RHSWisley We had only very light rain today in coastal East Sussex with sunny intervals in between. I think it poured all night and most of the day over in West Sussex. On a brighter note the growth in my garden is phenomenal. Often we get next to no rain in February and March.

Fab gardening day with no rain. sowed lots of seeds, divided lots of snowdrops and had a lovely day looking at things in the greenhouse and garden.

@urbanponds101 Iceberg is lovely in my view, much easier and goes on for much longer. Madame Alfred is a cussed old thing. Never had any success with it. Anyway good luck!

I’ll be planting 4 white climbing Roses (Madame Alfred Carrier or Iceberg- can’t quite decide), & maybe a few clematis, tall grasses, hydrangea & hollyhocks. My question #gardenshour Do I stick with an all white/cream theme?

Coel mooreana var alba a stunning species but even more so in the alba form. There is a slight lemon yellow to the throat when first open which fades out. #orchids #orchidaceae #flowers #greenhouse #species #garden #gardening #plants #nature

Here are my two three year old Camellias "1001 Summer Nights Jasmine", supposed to flower from Spring to Autumn. Mine do it the other way round - from November to the end of May. Love them though.
