Sold my phone via your site to #phonestopounds - they quoted a price, I sent the phone off, they have said it is damaged in a way it isn’t, I rejected quote, they aren’t returning my emails or picking up the phone???

@sainsburys so the people on your phone lines cant refund for inane substitutes, you don't respond on twitter or facebook and your online refund form doesn't have any scope for clarification around requests? Help?
@sainsburys She actually advised that no refund could be processed and that I use the online form which has no appropriate options for my issue. Can I assume despite this the issues (multiple for various delivery’s) are being dealt with then?
