@northernassist I left Sheffield on 1421 CrossX to Leeds. This was delayed & then I was locked on the 1526 to Skipton@Leeds Stat & unable to get onto the next service to Skipton. Currently waiting for the 1626 which will make us over an hr late. Who do apply to for a full refund?

@EastMidRailway no one is communicating what is going on for trains from St Pancras to Sheffield and the board is constantly displaying different information every few seconds. Everyone is hot and tired. There's no where to sit and no other suggestions have been recommended

@RachelB451 You may travel from London Kings Cross to Doncaster where you can change for a train to Sheffield. It is likely to take between 2 and 2.5 hours to complete this journey. LNER, who run the trains between Doncaster and London Kings Cross recommend booking a seat reservation. ^JB
