it makes me so sad how people with binge eating disorder don’t get taken seriously, binging is so so mentally painful. i’ve felt worse in phases of binging than i have with anorexia or bulimia

@pixi_eatsalot If you’re a heavy binger then heavy restricting just isn’t for you. Do a smaller calorie deficit and lose the weight slower. Slower is better than not at all.

@thighgapbhaddie The absolute difference it makes is insane. I was skinny/mid-size early high school and was treated with value by everyone around me. I slid into a depression mid high school and gained upwards of 50lbs. No one bothered to talk to me, and I was treated like scum when they did.

Must be a blessing to go through highschool skinny…… the way I got treated was so terrible as if I’m some after thought

@scoldme16 Depends on your environment I guess? I moved away from home for uni and my life got 10x better

when u turn 18 does ur life just become liek 10x better or 10x worse
