Sorry, my account just got restricted or something. Won't let me respond, so I'm using this account. The developers left ECC to work on ZEC themselves. Their not forking or anything. I think it has something to do with ECCs non-profit status. People from crypto projects that are structured as a non-profits have told me it's an absolute nightmare to run a project this way. I have no inside info though.
