Also we've seen these ducks around our complex intermittently for many months. They seem to be in a committed relationship. I'm rooting for them.

Christina and I saw two ducks hanging out by the pool. We decided to approach them and they let us get VERY close, like probably within four feet of them or so. We just kind of observed them for ~20 minutes until they got ready for bed. What a peaceful and blessed experience.

actually incredible that those responsible for these changes would do so with absolutely no foresight into how the changes will affect things and that they would do so while completely lacking understanding of how the current community operates AND how this resulted in the past

@captin01 there's no excuses on the incompetency part, but you can be sure that your second paragraph is exactly how things are going

completely mind boggling incompetence at every feasible level the proposal should be immediately deleted and rewritten with far more input from the people that it actually affects if you want to push through a change of this caliber
