Why do I dislike trophy collector being a meta item? It’s an item primarily purchased for its soul generation and nothing else. Does it have other benefits? Yes, most definitely! But don’t kid yourself. It feels like a band aid for low souls, disliking of farming, objectives.

@greg_carker @jakebrodes The story tells you the fates of half of the characters when they are introduced. It’s extremely apparent and obvious what will happen to everyone and that’s a major point of the narrative. Trust me the book has no less value for a first time read and you should still do so.

@HRTgoddess Yeah I said this before but a lot of this is because rn his 1 is his only ability that needs investment to be good - so you can funnel everything into stomp, do massive damage, and still have another 3 of the best abilities in the game
