Pivot Bio is excited to launch its new series Pivotal People – Inspired by Real Farm Heroes focusing on farmers who inspire us for their grit, determination and purpose. For Chris Kolkhorst, a former standout baseball player in South Texas, it’s not about the being the biggest and most successful farm in the region, it’s about building a special bond with his son, Coy. We are excited to share their story and others in the coming months.

The Pivot Bio team spent a day in the field with a Mississippi grower taking a close look at this year’s corn and cotton. Nothing replaces seeing conditions firsthand and having honest conversations about what’s working, what’s changing, and what matters most as the season progresses. #Grow26 #Corn #Cotton #MississippiDelta #Agriculture

Sound on 🌽 Nothing but a breeze through the corn in the Mississippi Delta and a slower pace for Sunday. A little field ASMR to end the week and enjoy the quiet moments that come with the season. #SundayOnTheFarm #FarmASMR #Corn #AgLife #Grow26

Pivot Bio agronomists Carolyn Zierke and @AllenP08 are back talking shop! Today, they’re breaking down the relationship between #corn plants and soil microbes, including how plants feed sugars to microbes as part of the nutrient exchange. Pivot Bio #nitrogen is delivered right at the root, where it stays put and supports the plant during key early growth stages as roots, stems, and leaves are developing. Listen in! #BuiltToWork

Allen Parrish, Pivot Bio Agronomist, explains how field topography can impact nitrogen efficiency. Hilly and rolling ground is more prone to runoff. Pivot Bio’s microbial nitrogen source lives on each plant, delivering a continuous daily supply of nitrogen directly to the crop and helping reduce nitrogen loss from runoff. #PivotBio #Corn #Illinois #G3 #Farming #PROVENit

Applied nitrogen #fertilizer is not always available nitrogen. For #corn, timing and access matter, especially during the early growth stages when nutrient uptake demand is highest. In this clip, Dr. Fred Below, Professor of Crop Sciences at the University of Illinois, explains how Pivot Bio’s proprietary gene edits help provide a third source of #nitrogen right on the root, where it stays put and is available when the crop needs it most, even in the presence of other fertilizer sources. We appreciate the administration’s continued focus on strengthening America’s fertilizer supply and today's update from @SecRollins, @CongressmanGT, @RogerMarshallMD, @DepSecVaden and other cabinet members and lawmakers. We thank Secretary Rollins for once again recognizing Pivot Bio’s efforts to support U.S. growers through our 3-year price and supply assurance program, as well as the role innovative technologies can play in advancing precision agriculture and strengthening America’s domestic fertilizer supply. It was great to hear the focus on America’s farmers and the essential work they do every day. We’re proud to support growers with technology that’s helping drive efficiency, productivity and profitability on millions of acres nationwide. CEO @chrisabbottag and Matt Thompson of @HeftySeed sat down to talk about fertilizer markets for the spring #plantingseason. To meet #nitrogen demand, we've shortened lead times and built a flexible supply chain. Our #farmersfirst mentality is about building good products, providing reliable delivery, and keeping things simple. There is no one-size-fits-all plan for #fertilizer use, so we've made recommendations and best management practices to fit the individual farmers' needs. Watch more on YouTube 👇 youtu.be/sH1b8G6Aeis

Spring planting season moves fast, but life on the farm reminds you to slow down. A Sunday sunset, a quiet barn, and time spent with family out in the field, that’s the real blessing. Here’s to protecting the rural way of life and the moments that make it all worth it.

@AllenP08, Agronomist at Pivot Bio, is already seeing strong early-season differences in Pivot Bio G3 treated #corn: more uniform stands, greener plants, and consistent emergence across the field. Cold rains and cool temps slowed corn emergence across #Illinois this spring #plantingseason but now the heat is finally here, and the crop is taking off. #Nitrogen #Farming #G3

Check out this central Arkansas Delta Pivot Bio PROVEN® G3 on-farm demo at V5. Early growth differences are already showing -- bigger plants above ground and stronger roots below ground compared to the untreated check. The second picture was taken standing in the untreated check, with the PROVEN® G3-treated corn visible across the field in the distance. Bigger plants early = strong nutrient uptake, greater root mass, and a crop set up for stronger season-long performance. #grow26 #nitrogen #fertilizer #G3

Mechanical engineer, Matt Loesing, Operations Manager of our St. Louis, Missouri production center, was raised on a farm in Elsberry, Missouri. Where early mornings and long days were a way of life, the farmer mindset stuck with him and shapes how he sees the world and solves problems. Matt went on to study Mechanical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, though he is still the same farm kid. Practical, driven, and always looking for a better way to get the job done, since day one Matt has been an engineer, athlete, and a problem solver at heart. It's a mindset we value deeply because we're built with the same care and respect for the work farmers do every day. Matt's hard work and curiosity drive how we build, scale, and deliver the best for our farmers every day. #PivotProud #BuiltToWork #ThrowbackThursday #FarmRoots #NextGenAg

After 40+ years studying high-yield corn, Dr. Fred Below, University of Illinois Professor of Crop Sciences, says one thing is still true: #nitrogen drives #yield. But traditional #fertilizer isn’t always efficient. Weather, timing, and loss risk can leave yield potential on the table. A third source of nitrogen, working alongside soil N and fertilizer N, can help feed the crop closer to when and where the plant needs it most. For farmers, that means reducing risk, improving nitrogen efficiency, and protecting yield potential in unpredictable conditions. Science keeps evolving, and so do the tools helping growers raise the reward. Learn more & watch the full interview with @FarmWeekNow 👇 pivotbio.co/4nmclhc

Carrie Werkmeister, Pivot Bio Agronomist in northeastern Nebraska, shares an early look at the 2026 corn season and how the crop is developing in the field. Early-season plant health sets the foundation for strong corn growth. At this stage, the roots are taking up key nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus to help the plant grow strong and healthy. #grow26 #nitrogen #fertilizer

This is going to be interesting year with a wide range of planting dates and the warm weather followed by abundant rainfall. Growers using Pivot can be assured to have a N source that didn’t get flushed with the rain and will get their plants started right.

Thank you to the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry for today’s important conversations on the #fertilizer market and how we're working on solutions to support #farmers. We're committed to domestic production, a dependable source of #nitrogen, and planning for the seasons ahead. In the past few months, we've upped manufacturing and offered a new long-term pricing program to lower costs. Read more from today's hearing here 👇 bit.ly/4tzEDq9
