Because GI prioritizes mass appeal + availability for casuals who don't mind spending. Wuwa on the other hand prioritizes visual spectacle and combat dynamics and that filters some gamers. Not to mention the minimum requirements to play Wuwa is higher than GI's.

If you would check any video on yt you would also know how big of a buff sara C6 is to Raiden, but you probably don't even have her

The biggest Raiden dmg buff was always her C2 and then C6 sara, it's her biggest dmg increase. Idk about now tho

Half of genshin 4* are either useless or locked behind C6, you're delusional. Chev, illuga, Sara, faruzan, mika, gorou, gaming and many more

You can get several 5* standard weapons that are good and you don't need to do much
