it makes me sick to my stomach seeing a privileged influencer tell regular fans to “touch grass” just because we are fighting for justice and calling out the corruption. what a dystopian world for someone who never even touches grass to lecture us about reality.
don’t know why may mga filo kpop stans na nagsi-side sa mga influencers na ‘to when you yourself could and would experience this unjust and unfair ph ticketing system. pero knowing all of you– y’all will side by duterte just to hate on bts and armys and asslick everyone so 😹
Never downplay what this fandom has done for Bangtan.
Those numbers didn’t just appear out of nowhere—they came from consistent effort, time, and dedication.
At kung titingnan nyo mismo yung event, it literally exists because of fan engagement. Brands like Spotify don’t just create large-scale fan events randomly—they base it on data, demand, at kung gaano ka-active ang audience.
We, PH ARMY, didn’t just “show up”—WE built this momentum. From streaming parties, fanbase coordination, hanggang sa pag-push ng numbers globally, that’s what made the Philippines a viable stop for something like #SpotifyBTSSWIMSIDEManila
So no, hindi siya simpleng “optional fan behavior” lang na pwedeng i-dismiss. Because without those “numbers”, those “streaming and voting activities” you keep downplaying, wala ring ganitong level of recognition, engagement, and events in the first place.
