@pixilno Because she just got 160 burst heals. Also makes her less survivable due to the medic passive, which is good

they heard all the outrage on how mercy cant even outheal the lowest base damage in the game combined with the global passive and said "okay" then turned around and nerfed her healing even more without even touching the global passive
