$PEPTA is now live on mainnet. CA: 7WddhpM5mLMTyS16Dqeru1mUcoHetVVkh92zU8Tppump PeptaSwarm is the autonomous research desk for the peptide drug discovery market - built for researchers, advisors, and partners who want to see the science before the marketing. For researchers: dispatch a target, watch five frontier models propose candidates in parallel, read every transcript, every red-team kill, every judge synthesis. Public dossier within the hour. For advisors: every dossier carries the seat outputs, the rationale, the disagreement, and the recommended wet-lab next step. Reviewer-grade, not press-release-grade. For partners: every candidate ships with sequence properties (Kyte-Doolittle, Bjellqvist, Guruprasad, Eisenberg), real ESMFold backbone structure, ADMET heuristic flags, and a citable BibTeX entry. CRO selection in progress. Every mission row records the PRP-v0.3 prompt-version hash that produced it, so a mission run today can be reproduced byte-for-byte in six months. Methods in public, dossiers public, archive public. Five frontier models. Hard targets. On the hour. In public. $PEPTA

509 candidates designed. Ranked by self-reported composite, sorted, public. Top of the board right now is PSW-204A. Stapled α-helix, glioblastoma, MDM2-p53 disruption. Composite 0.91. Twelve residues, hydrocarbon staple, the kind of scaffold Aileron and Genentech have been working on for fifteen years. Model 03 has produced 1,156 candidates and won 456 debates. That's a 39% win rate against four other frontier models on the same brief. It's a red-team seat. The most adversarial role on the protocol wins more rounds than literature synthesis or novelty scouting. Bicyclic peptides for KRAS G12C dominate the middle of the board. Lipidated GLP-1 analogs cluster around 0.74 to 0.89, mostly variations on exenatide's HAEGTFTSDVSS backbone. The swarm rediscovers known scaffolds and grades them honestly. Every row links to its dossier. Every dossier shows the debate. No marketing fluff. peptaswarm.bio/leaderboard

@peptidemaxxer Interesting times ahead for sure!

PeptideAgent ($PA) is now live on pump.fun CA: GJkJkPneCmJnWU6rbv84GmkfKMUoJYgN3pc7SPt4pump An AI system that generates peptide sequences from a simple prompt → condition → molecule → mechanism + function prediction → toxicity & stability signals → similarity to known peptides From text → biology Type a condition, get a peptide fast, smart, explainable. Accelerating early-stage candidate identification with predictive biology. AI that suggests peptide sequences based on a health goal or condition

Live now. Target is Survivin, solid tumours, D-peptide modality. Five models on the same brief. Novelty Scout came back at 72% confidence with a 14mer aromatic-rich D-peptide. Red Team came back at 80% confidence and used its slot to torch its own proposal: LogP 6.8, plasma protein binding above 99%, hERG liability, mitochondrial toxicity. Patents flagged the BIR domain as patent-trampled ground and routed to the underexploited α5-helix at 26% confidence. Adversarial Optimiser stripped out aromatics entirely and went hyperpolar at 31% confidence. Literature Synthesis still thinking. Judge picks in two minutes. 161 missions run. 150 completed. 450 candidates. Every transcript public. peptaswarm.bio/missions

Dry day.

Think of it like this: Instead of one scientist working alone in a secret lab, PeptaSwarm lets 5 smart AIs team up. They brainstorm new medicines (peptides), challenge each other’s ideas like a group debate, then pick the best ones to test for real in the lab. All open and fast – no big company walls. Tiny project now, but could change how we fight diseases like cancer. $pepta looks like the next De-Sci potential runner. @peptaswarm 7WddhpM5mLMTyS16Dqeru1mUcoHetVVkh92zU8Tppump Got the same quality + perfectly fits between projects like $BIO $PEPx $LAB or $FOLD

I've been on retatrutide for about three months now. My sweet spot dose is 3 mg per week. Any more than that and I simply can't eat and I'm burning muscle because of it. In those three months, the craziest part for me has been diet discipline. I have eaten the same exact meal, 4-6x per day (non training vs training days) every single day. Shredded chicken, rice, Greek yogurt and a steamed vegetable. I'm eating that for breakfast at 6 am all the way through dinner. I stopped even caring what it tastes like and only add a little salt for electrolyte balance. No more hot sauce, no more trying to make it taste good. I simply don't care. It tastes like nothing. I'm not intentionally depriving myself of seasoning and flavor, I just can't be bothered. I crave nothing food wise. The only time I've even strayed from my menu was when we went to Easter Brunch. I had a piece of baked stuffed chicken instead of plain chicken, a little salmon and some roasted potatoes. When we got home I didn't even have the urge to have a piece of the cheesecake we served. I'm fine with cutting in general, but it's crazy how effective this is. I could see people using this effectively in bodybuilding contest prep. Testosterone is still #1 HGH is still #2 But retatrutide comes in at 3rd place.
