@pixlatte_ I used Pixel FX designer, exported the png sequence, then imported and polished it in aseprite

are you guys hand animating your pixel art snow or is there some sort of overlay/program im missing out on?

@pixlatte_ I'm sure there's a script that can speed up that process. I have one for moving objects, but I know someone who uses a script to add rain, so I guess you could also add snow

Its simpler than this. We use pixel art because it looks better than anything else

i literally have no idea which artworks will do better on each platform. It seems to be completely random for me . tiktok insta and here...its so weird!

im really trying to level up my art. i want to make art that makes people really feel something - like how other's art makes me feel. i feel like im not quite there yet, how do you even practice that? hahaa i guess by truly making things that you feel passionate about?

the reason why i was so drawn to pixel art in the first place (like almost 10 years ago) was the nostalgic feeling people are able to portray in their compositions/lighting/characters. hoping to focus on that in the new year

its pretty interesting how different the same art performs on different platforms - just proof its not about ur art its these dannnng algorithms - im not a media guru i just like drawing pixels
