Every major religion claims to speak for God. But none of them speak for women. The God is male. The prophets are male. The rules are written by men, enforced by men, and used to control women. If no divinely inspired religion has ever centered women, maybe it didn't come from something higher. Maybe it came from down here from patriarchal cultures, passed off as divine law to justify their authority. Because if truth is universal, it shouldn't be gendered..
