What's your one word for 2022? #Focus

When I am asked my number one piece of advice for a new administrator, it is simply to take care of your staff. If you take care of them, they will always take care of the students. A culture of care, support, appreciation and encouragement is a culture when everyone can thrive.

When you love what you do and you do what you love, it doesn’t matter how big or small you are, you just enjoy the journey.

Equity should not be a “buzz word” or on the opposite spectrum, an expression that is feared. It’s simply giving children what they need when they need it. What could possible be wrong with that?
