#AskingAutistics I (gently) brought up the idea of exploring being #ActuallyAutistic with my mum today. She is sceptical but willing to read more/let me explain (which I don’t have the words for atm). Any advice for taking my mind off it all tonight? I’m all shaky & wobbly now
