This is the devastating human toll of another regime-change war. Already, children and families are paying with their lives. There is no moral or strategic justification for this bloodshed. “The American people are exhausted by endless wars built on false promises and paid for with American and foreign lives. Congress must reassert its constitutional authority. We must vote immediately on the War Powers resolution authored by Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie. This unlawful operation must end immediately."

@MattNachtrab Matt, help me here. So it seems to me the drug works the issue is the over performance of the placebo group. If you use the avg drop of a placebo group or the Lecanemab avg of -4.45 and Simufilamins drug arm of -2.8 the P value is 1.65 providing Statistical significance. Yes?

I think the optimism of the team came from the blinded/masked data showed a decline of 3pts with $sava for RETHINK. They saw other trials and historical placebo that showed 4 pt or greater decline. Something with the screening caused the ADAS-cog12 to decline much slower.
