Brentford played 83 long passes v #LUFC last night - the most by a visiting team at Elland Road since Phil Parkinson's Bolton in February 2019. Another pretty unwatchable (top level) football match. Invisible midfields, passing round or over and never through... just bland.

Only been one game but loved the look of Arthur. Big fella swaggered about that pitch with slippers on and didn’t even need to get out of 2nd gear to win anything, just an overall solid game. Looking forward to seeing more of him

@fifferh Think they do work on each wing, as long as you’ve got a good DM. Vita missing can’t be underestimated. The amount of defending Schade and Dango had to do will naturally put them out of position. We never replaced Norgaard, like for like. That needs addressing in the summer.

Yesterdays match was a good point albeit undeserved. Kayode and Thiago clearly fatigued. Schade and Dango on each wing doesn't work, too similar. People will whinge about KLP but at least he can pass the ball and help in build up and isn't another run in behind merchant.

I think it’s only fair to say, Collins had a good game, started nervous,he’s come under a lot of deserved fire lately, for me Ajer didn’t deserve to be dropped, however, we’re not privy to knocks and managing game time, to prevent injury, hence Rico’s small strain. #BrentforFC

@harriskaykeith @joshh_bfc Absolutely, the resurgence of Vita has shone through for that reason & he shores us up a lot,which then helps the CB’s exposure. We have plenty of attacking intent, yes a few injured for the season, but it needs addressing, we need another good box to box and a commanding tall DM

Is a bit ridiculous how inconsistent are attack is atm. Great performance, in the first half at least, against Burnley. Yet against Macclesfield, Brighton and Bournemouth we only managed a combined 6 shots on target. Felt like we had absolutely nothing in us tonight
