@SamsungSupport Hi there. I returned a set of Gear IconX 2018 on May 12th and have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted Samsung support 6 times. This is unacceptable

@SamsungSupport I think I've been very patient. Samsung have had 3 months to complete the process. Every time I contact the company I am told to wait 7-14 days. It is horrible customer service
