Humans are having a tough time getting me to eat due to nausea caused by my IBD Dad took me to the vet this morning. They did a full blood panel + gave me some appetite + nausea pills They just wanted to make sure I wasn't having pancreatitis issues again Bloodwork is good❤️

I went straight to the vet. The vet confirmed NO broken bones and after a scan, NO fluids in my abdomen or chest. I have swollen soft tissues from the car impacts and receive methadone. Mum is keeping a close watch, sadly NO walks for several days 🙄🙄

What happened? So I got spooked by a noise as we left the house for a wee walk at 10pm. I jumped like a maniac and escaped the collar. I ran full speed across the road and got hit by a car doing 30mph that threw me several meters through the air. They had no chance of breaking...

We’ve picked up lots of new followers lately, which is fabulous! We love sharing our dogs with you. It has led to a big increase in DMs, mainly about the welfare of my puppy. It’s come as a suprise to me, as my dogs are loved beyond measure. Maybe some new followers don’t know us too well. So here’s me saying ‘hi, 👋 thank you for being part of our day. I can hand on heart promise you that my dogs are SO happy and healthy and we dedicate all our energy to making their lives amazing. The past day has been AWFUL. 😥😥 But we MAY have a glimmer of hope. I talked to the vet again. My husband was the one who brought Abbey in yesterday and I communicated on the phone with the 2 of them so I missed an important point. We do not know if it is cancer. It’s a very large tumor. It bled and that caused her to be rushed to the ER, where they found it. We were just told that since it’s so large, it has a higher chance of having been there a long time and higher chance of being benign. I’m not getting my hopes up, but we are going to a surgery consultation later today to see what they think. Our vet is a small town vet and never deals with tumors. The other vet removed spleens with tumors often. So we have a glimmer of hope but it’s going to be a long long road. We should know soon what her options are. Please keep praying, sending positive vibes her way.
