@audiblesupport Both. I had a chat on Audible about this and have not heard back. I'd really like this resolved ASAP. I'm using an Android phone and Chrome. App is up to date. Never had problems until this.

@audible_com Why was the very useful & efficient bookmark tool removed?? Makes no sense. I want to save my spot! I know I can use the listen log, but the bookmark function is much easier & faster to access. I'm frustrated & pissed off. Please relay my complaint up the ladder.
