The 30% COVID vaccine refusal rates (some say 20% some say 40%) was the most extraordinary act of civil noncompliance in a century.
As a marketer and advertising executive I have been hollering about this for 4 years!!!! This percentage represents a massive market of individuals who felt so strongly about vaccine freedom, that they were willing to lose livelihood, reputation, family and friendship to decline.
This group is extraordinary.
And they will drive markets.
And the market is the power.
Not lame politicians, drug addicted gurus or pedophile billionaires.

These numbers really hit me. 30% of the UK rejected this vaccine. This is the same number as in America, and the same number worldwide. Under the heaviest propaganda campaign in human history - under job threats, social pressure, guilt, and isolation - 30% of the world said no and held the line. We think of 30% as a small number. It isn't. There is zero apathy in that 30%. Every single one of those people made a hard, conscious, costly decision, and they made it completely alone, with no idea their neighbor was doing the exact same thing. That was the only thing that beat us. We weren't talking to each other. The employees who stood together as the 30% and said "we walk out if you force this" kept their jobs. Every one of them. Now think about the 70% who got it. How many of them actually believed in it? How many just broke under the pressure? At least half, I'd bet. Which means 50% of this world never wanted that vaccine. They didn't win because they were right. They won because they made us feel alone. You were never alone. You just didn't know it. Start talking. You are the change.

1️⃣ Prohibición de rendimiento en stablecoins
Ninguna persona podrá ofrecer ningún tipo de compensación financiera o no financiera a los holders de una payment stablecoin por:
comprarla
usarla
poseerla
custodiarla
mantenerla
En otras palabras:
👉 No se puede pagar intereses ni recompensas por tener una stablecoin de pago.
Los reguladores deberán:
Hacer cumplir esta prohibición
Tener autoridad para imponer sanciones monetarias civiles
3️⃣ Anti-Evasion (Anti-evasión)
Nadie puede:
Eludir o esquivar la prohibición
Diseñar estructuras indirectas para pagar rendimiento disfrazado
Los reguladores podrán emitir normas adicionales para evitarlo.
4️⃣ Representations and Disclosures (Representaciones y divulgación)
Se prohíbe:
Publicitar que la stablecoin genera rendimiento
Sugerir que es equivalente a un depósito bancario
Decir que está asegurada por FDIC o NCUA
Afirmar que es “libre de riesgo”
Implicar que paga intereses como un depósito asegurado
Los reguladores deberán establecer normas claras sobre cómo divulgar correctamente esta información.
🎯 Conclusión técnica
Este documento deja claro que:
Las stablecoins bajo la GENIUS Act están pensadas como infraestructura de pagos, no como producto de yield.
Se busca proteger el sistema bancario tradicional evitando que el dinero migre masivamente hacia stablecoins con intereses.
