@fellrunningguid I spent the day going from fog (lower down) to sunshine (further up) and back again! Yorkshire Dales.

About to go for first run back after 5 weeks off rehabbing an injury. Will only be 12 minutes yet as nervous as if it was a race! Anyone else find that fear of niggles /not having healed show up when coming back? #Running #SportPsychology

Just finished our presentation for @CRiC_SCR at the weekend on the Ethical Collection of Data in Sport. Excited to share that the dog makes an appearance.

@Scottishrunner @antonmcgale The more you like a bike, the more you want to ride it though! And that means being comfortable and fun... worth paying for those things (and conversly not paying for a few grams saving if you get what you need for less).

@Scottishrunner You could also just lock out the suspension (assuming your bike has that, most do) and change the wheels and/or tyres to something narrower and slicker. It would make a significant difference to speed on easy ground.

@Scottishrunner Ah something like The Heb? I think it depends on how good your MTB is, how much you'd use it as a MTB otherwise, how competitive you want to be and how secure the bike storage is at your work!

@Scottishrunner If you want to adventure race the rules might say it has to be a mountain bike. If you're "just riding", or doing gravel races ... I've just bought a gravel bike +1 to mountain bike and fallen in love! It would be cheaper to convert but wanted both and it rides like a dream.

@bgr0 @ebrunner0 @DawnThomas2311 @UKRunChat I've been really pleased with my M&S zip front one. I did spend ages trying different sizes in the shop, and found that even what looked like the same design in different colours actually sized a bit differently, so it was worth trying. No wires.

Ladies who run - what sports bras do you recommend? The market seems tiny at the moment and reviews on so many popular brands like Shock Absorber and Sweaty Betty seem really bad for the prices (£50 up). Crop tops do not provide the necessary support! @UKRunChat #ukrunchat

Great weekend in the Lake District with 5 of my elite athletes and Maggie. Even fitted in a local fell race. 4 of the top 10 finishers are in the photo. I'll just say, thanks to them all for waiting for me to finish for the photo! Key takeaway: I need to do more fell races.

@GiveMeSpace3 I often face this dilemma. Usually wee and brew, turn up 2 mins late, find docs whilst someone else is speaking?

@Josephineperry @lucygoss @TheSpineRace And @planetbyde You should interview her Josie.....Her screw is so loose that her endurance extends to living with me! The dog is being annoying now as she did most of The Spine training with Rosemary but isn't allowed to go (she'd chase sheep too).

Pillar 10: Gratitude. Love this pillar - this year Hattie and I have been putting a message each night into our gratitude jar so come December 31st will have 700 reasons between us why we had a good year. #SportPsychology #gratitude

@GiveMeSpace3 I would go baggy waist. Hate a waistband digging in when I lean over on a bike and they're not going to fall down when you're cycling. Plus as someone else said, they'll wear thin quicker in critical places if they're stretched!

@FlyGuyYYC @EurostarJustinp I'm going to take a guess at Le Café de l'Est ... I went there in the summer, my friend had this soup and the surrounds look very familiar! (If not, can still recommend 😀)
