Непридуманные истории, о которых невозможно молчать. В реплаи пришли особо одаренные граждане и стали сообщать, что Урсулу избирает Европарламент. Уважаемые особо одаренные! Процедура избрания - так меня в школе учили - предполагает выборы между двумя и больше кандидатами. Кому-то предлагают несколько кандидатов - а он выбирает. В противном случае это не избрание, это утверждение. Так вот, президента Еврокомиссии парламент - утверждает. Из одной-единственной предложенной в ходе закулисных переговоров кандидатуры. Он не является членом партии. Он не выдвигается от партии, собравшей больше всех голосов на выборах и пр. И выдвинуться самому или от партии нельзя. Тебя выдвигают - в ходе закулисных согласований - президенты-члены стран ЕС, а на самом деле - чиновничий аппарат. А потом эту, одну единственную кандидатуру, выставляют для одобрения в парламент ЕС. И знаете что? Ни единого раза не было, чтобы парламент пролосовал против. Как говаривал товарищ Ленин - по форме верно, а по сути издевательство. Называется это выборы. Но по сути это - утверждение, причем утверждают всегда. Вы еще скажите, что в СССР тоже были выборы - там голосовали за блок коммунистов и беспартийных. Ну голосовали же? А все-таки это потрясающее зрелище. Когда люди, совершенно справедливо указывающие на отсутствие выборов в России, с восторгом новообращенных пионеров рассказывают тебе невыдуманные истории о супердемократической процедура избрания председателя Еврокомиссии Европарламентом.
