@ClaireMax Same. I do still have issues with fatigue but sleeping from midnight-10 am (yes I need more sleep than the average person, it’s just a fact of my life) makes me feel so much better and I’m so much more able to function normally

Because it’s my natural circadian rhythm. If I force myself to wake up earlier than 10am, I feel tired and miserable all day. When I was working a 9-5 job I was constantly exhausted to the point that I thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome, but it was actually just me trying to force my body to fit a schedule it wasn’t meant for. Once i was able to put myself on a work schedule that fit my natural sleep patterns, the fatigue issues went away. Delayed sleep phases are really common in people with ADHD, but the simple truth is that as humans we are not all meant to function on the same schedule. A lot more people are suffering as a result of being forced into 9-5 schedules than we realize.

HR warned this gen z coworker of mine multiple times against coming to work dressed in casual but his argument was, "As long as I complete all my assigned tasks perfectly I don't think you should be concerned about my dress code." The other day he came in dressed in jeans and open shoes and so HR gave him a 2 weeks suspension. 3 days in and HR noticed alot of stuff at work was failing due to the gen z's absence so he contacted him to get back to office but the gen z is refusing to come back saying 2 weeks aren't over yet

Honestly, poor people deserve more than basic needs. They deserve manicures. They deserve desserts. They deserve name brand shoes. They deserve add guac. They deserve 70 inch TVs. They deserve kitchen aid stand mixers. They deserve lattes, every day.
