Celebrating @plazamiddle Pride recipients for our quarter one sports season each week is always such a great way to recognize: P-erseverance R-espect I-ntegrity D-edication E-nthusiasm

Today we celebrated a CARING group of students as our first IB Learners of the month @plazamiddle! Thank you to our practical arts' teachers and a few specialists for the student submissions, what a wonderful group to celebrate!

At the #NASOceanaAirShow Plaza Middle #IBMYP Grade 8 Ambassadors led STEM stations that asked their younger peers to locate innovations, build bridges, and to "see the world differently" through ATL skills and learner profile traits @vbschools #futurereadystudentsatvbcps

👏👏We are Plaza Proud to celebrate 6th grade teacher Ms. Costa for receiving the "I Make a Difference" award! Her patience and dedication truly make an impact on the lives of her students every day. We are lucky to call her a Trojan! #IBUnited👏👏

We are so very proud of our School Volunteer of the Year, Heather DeLaCruz! Heather’s fingerprints are on all Plaza PTA things — from meetings, to dances, to events, to monitoring, to selling tickets… she’s there! We appreciate & her impact does not go unnoticed. 🧡💙
