@KAMSLAM1x @leylandbtw ultimately do what every lifts u like bc that’s what ur gonna be consistent with. When i first started lifting i loved bench and i hit 225 on bench first 4 months in the gym at 160 bodyweight haven’t touched bench in over a year now

@leylandbtw @KAMSLAM1x especially bench for front delts. when u begin to get more experienced u should start isolating the muscles and avoiding compound lifts. once u start throwing a lot of weight on the bar they do begin to become high risk like leyland said.

@leylandbtw @KAMSLAM1x i disagree. i think if ur new to the gym compound lifts are good especially paired up with noobie gains just make sure u perfect form and u should be chillin
