@Cunninghamster That would suggest your app can't connect with our services. One common reason is bad DNS information, so you could try switching DNS providers to 1.1.1.1, Quad9, Google Public DNS, OpenDNS, or similar.

Hey @plex there is a glitch in the website, watching it in web browsers on PC, the movies appear with a vertical line in the right of the screen, is like a dark scroll bar that always stays in full screen and covers all that part of the image.

@plex Hey, it may have already been answered, but I didn’t find any details about it on your website – the latest Plex Media Server on your site for QNAP devices is from September 18, 2025, while other platforms continued to receive updates since. Why is that? Thanks!
