Spent a great 24 hours babysitting our granddaughter Isla. Lots of smiles, hugs and laughs. Approaching March break means our other grandchildren Wyatt and Bella will be coming to stay for a few days. Happy grandparents.

2021 a year I saw on my yearly pension statements at Western U. It was the year I would turn 65 and normal retirement. Cate suggested I retire in 2019. I did and have not regretted the decision to take an extra two years for us and our family. Thanks Dear love you.

Definition of embarrassment- trying to start the BBQ first time this year - no gas head downstairs to check NG gas shut off valves. Upon discovering all values correctly open have your loving wife ask if NG hose needs to be connected to BBQ. Thank goodness Cate was here ♥️

Started cleaning the hot tub at 10:30 am this morning by 1:30 pm I had flushed the antifreeze out and picked up the submersible pump. By 3:30 tub refilled and coming up to 102F for a relaxing soak at half time. Happy time now😎

Prepared 4 dinners today for this week 1) chicken fajitas; 2) pasta sauce with meat, peppers and onions; 3) sweet & sour pork chops; 4) beef daube Provençal . Not worrying about dinner each day will help us with online schooling of our grandkids.
