@xKasss @plugdj Does this menu shows up when you click the DJ's avatar? i.imgur.com/bqNj1CH.png Which web browser are you using? We've had reports that Firefox may not show it up but haven't been able to replicate it myself. Try incognito/guest mode as well, see if that works :) -WiBla

@plugdjSupport aiyo, my account will load a room but only play the current song and won't go to the next song/dj until I refresh the page which also prevents me from dj-ing. any advice?

@xKasss @plugdj Hey there, you can click the DJ's avatar and a menu will show up, from there you can decide to skip them if you have the adequate permissions to do so :) -WiBla

@xR_I_D_E_Rx It seems like your tracking settings are preventing the Facebook sdk to load which in turns prevent you from logging in. See if disabling this feature (even temporarily) will help :) -WiBla
