day 1 ! had a white monster (10 cal) and a small piece of grilled chicken (exact cals im not sure) got 10,254 steps 🙂‍↕️ i didn’t do a dance workout bc i did softball practice for like an hour did 50 jumping jacks + 30 sit ups overall good day!!! super tired tho😭💔
