@poblliving if one of your properties has a massive flood due to ill fitted pipes (it’s happened to several other properties in the street) will you cover the costs for the damages caused in the home next door that’s owned? Our house is soaked too and flooring ruined!

I wonder how important it is to replace a fire door & smoke alarm? 12 months 6months? @poblgroup @poblliving it seems health & safety of your tenants isn't a priority, been waiting a long long time for the above replacements/repairs shocking service #shambles

@poblliving Inconvenienc try my safety in one of your properties, your quick enough taking my rent but when it comes to health and safety your way off of mark , my fire door has been defected for 5 years at least and I reported it and got fobed off by your then fire officer

Here we go again!! The joys of living in a @poblgroup @poblliving property Random 🔥alarm goes off for no reason, many months ago there was inspection on the property, we're I was informed that my smoke alarm which was fitted by the landlord is out of date feeling safe 🤔
