@PockitUK So why can't you chase this up for customers! We are all worried sick about Our money that you are withholding and not letting us access!!! No one replies or responds at all via email so we have to contact you somehow until you actually deal with the issues we have!

@PockitUK why is my osot being removed because I'm complaining about you restricting my account and holding my own money which is legally mine but yet you can't seem to contact anybody back to sort the issues out how many times is this going to happen to your customers.
