Ultimate phase tier list (not ordered per tier) Downtime/untargetable boss takes things down a tier at times, but it's also required to break up rotations/add complexity to mechanics. Mixed bag to rank some of them. I love dsr/ucob

@point__twit I play drg so eyes is fun but it is a very mechanically simple phase even if people still mess it up often in pf .
