@smerconish I’ve been on semaglutide for about 3 months and everything tastes the same. The crazy thing is, there is no desire/ craving for food. I eat about a third or less of what I would consume previously. Tapas restaurants or sharing meals has been the new norm.

@juliemason My son is 12 and he makes himself mini-charcuterie for lunch…. Goat cheese, pepperoni, mixed nuts, fruits & a treat. I prep on Sunday, and he gets to choose what he wants each day. Thank God for snack baggies and tiny Tupperware!
