Annnnnddd I’m back in “no man’s land” In the program,we are taught that the resentments can make us spiritually sick. I reached out to a trusted friend in the program, and I have now started over with the 12 steps. I need to go to any lengths to protect my sobriety. I hate feeling this way and I felt that all the time during my drinking days- I’m putting this out there in case you or a loved one is struggling, there is help out there!! It’s really weird watching celebrities age

I believe I am in the “angry” stage of my grief with this. I wrote a lonnnnnggg letter (that I won’t send) to him, blasting him of all of his wrongs. It felt good to get that out. But then, I became depressed.

Time to address the breakup. It’s been 5 weeks and the only contact he’s made are “comments” on Facebook. They’re not mean. But it’s annoying (to me)
