For you to sell them on market? When anyone mentions Monopoly GO that often, be aware. Monopoly GO has disgusting predatory model. Pixels = Web2.5 with crypto layer. Stop adoring web3 technology, why acting like web2 game.

@Cyber_ImpPlant That's exactly why im building MyPixelPet. To fill the fun hole in the ecosystem. Web3 game doesn't have to be non-stop extractive mints, gachas, and ponzis i see all around industry. It can just be a good game.

With decentralization - it depends. Governance token seems really interesting - community could have a decision right in game improvements. You can't give all tokens to players, you're right, however if your token in-game doesn't bring you any influence of the game, it's weird. I agree with you on other things 🥰

This will be honest to the bones. @stacked_app ... more like fcked up. Not only it's a pivot from a game that can't attract people by its own. But it's utterly disgusting too. Why? Mostly because how it is presented. 1. It's a recyclation of scheme that already exists in Web2. Luke is a master of hype in re-inventing a wheel. Just google "Offerwall". 2. This type of reward system is usually considered very shady among gamers. 3. Instead of building real game experience, Luke is searching for how to drain more engagement from you. 4. Instead of rewarding honest creators, Luke's app will reward apparently anyone who makes a tiktok video for example. Why? Because to reach web2 people, he doesn't need honest work, he needs to overflow social media algorithm. 5. He will happily collect your data and re-sell them to 3rd parties and gives you cents for it. In the RORS era, you are just a "unit of inventory" to be optimized. 6. You are just a number in this scheme. Less social score = less rewards. Keeping you in a loop, where you chase your usefulness to the company. 7. Great work for Luke's company. You will be at best underpaid marketing intern. I won't be sorry for my words. I'm genuinely pissed for all the people being turned into products. Web3 Gaming should have been about gamers' democratization and ownership. This is just taking out a soul from a project and trading it for this abomination.
