10 years ago, as a green BSc student, I came to Berlin for a 2-months summer internship at the @bccn_berlin with @rolfslab, and it changed the course of my life (or at least 10 years of it!) 🧭 🌟🥹

It was also my first time in the US & NYC. At first, a strange sense of familiarity (thanks to movies!), & then gradually more and more episodic memories adding to the semantic ones made this trip beautifully surreal. Thanks to @LenzoniSabrina for doing the touristy part with me!

I'm finally no longer a jet-lagged zombie, so it's time to reflect on this year's @ASSC26nyc. So grateful I had a chance to attend! Thanks to the organisers & speakers - it was a truly memorable event (The Bet event! 🤩🤯). So much food for thought - especially on metacognition!

It's a good moment to share some news: I submitted my PhD thesis end of March (still to be defended, so don't jinx me!), and in May I started a new job at the Adaptive Systems Group @adapt_berlin with @vvh and many others at the @MetaTool_EU project. (1/3)
